When I first heard that Lolajack had rolled out a new £500 welcome bonus for UK players, curiosity won. After signing up and testing the site, I found that the casino delivers a solid mix of speed, variety and value, but it’s not without a few quirks that could bite newcomers.
Instant Gratification: Login, Deposit, and Play
Getting started is straightforward. The lolajack login page asks only for a username, password and the country flag you select. Once logged in, the first deposit is processed within 30 seconds on Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. The casino’s mobile-optimised interface means you can jump straight to the slots or table games on the go.
There is a dedicated lolajack app available on the App Store and Google Play, and if you prefer a web‑based experience, the site is responsive enough that the desktop version works fine on a phone. The app’s download link is hidden under a “Download” banner, but once you’re in the lobby, the app icon appears next to the “Help” button, making it easy to switch between devices.
Bonus Structure: The Good, the Bad, and the “I‑Want‑More”
New players receive a lolajack bonus of 200% up to £500, plus 50 free spins on the popular slot Book of Dead. The bonus code “WELCOME200” must be entered within 24 hours of registration, otherwise the offer expires. That’s a generous start, but the wagering requirement sits at 35× the bonus amount, which can feel steep if you’re chasing big wins.

For returning players, the lolajack promo code “LOYALTY10” gives a 10% cashback on net losses each week. The cashback is credited within 48 hours, which is faster than many UK competitors. However, the promo code can only be applied to deposits made after the first week, so early‑bird players might miss out on immediate benefits.
One limitation worth noting is that the free spins are tied to a single slot title. If you’re a fan of table games, you’ll need to keep an eye out for separate promotions that cater to that niche.
Game Library: A Mix That Covers Most Tastes
With over 1,200 titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, and Evolution Gaming, Lolajack offers a robust catalogue. Live dealers are available for blackjack, roulette and baccarat, with a minimum stake of £5. The live casino runs on a dedicated server that reduces lag to under 200 ms for most UK players.
Slot lovers will appreciate the variety: classic three‑reel machines, progressive jackpot slots, and immersive 4K graphics. The “New Releases” section updates daily, and the search filter allows you to sort by provider, RTP or volatility.
However, the selection of European table games is limited; there are no live poker rooms or specialty games like sic bo. Players looking for a broader range of European casino staples might find the library a bit narrow.
Payments, Payouts, and Customer Support
Deposits are instant for Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. For e‑wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, the processing time is the same. Withdrawals are handled via the same methods, with a 24‑hour turnaround for e‑wallets and up to 72 hours for card withdrawals. The casino’s support team is reachable 24/7 via live chat and email, with an average response time of 4 minutes.
One downside is the lack of a dedicated phone line. If you prefer speaking directly, you’ll have to rely on the chat function, which can be frustrating if you need urgent help during a session.
Bottom Line: A Strong Choice for UK Players Who Want Value
Overall, Lolajack Casino delivers a well‑rounded experience for UK gamblers. The welcome bonus is generous, the app is user‑friendly, and the game library is diverse enough to keep most players engaged. The main drawbacks are the high wagering requirement for the welcome offer and the limited selection of European table games. If you’re comfortable with those trade‑offs, Lolajack is a solid choice to try out, especially if you’re looking for a quick, mobile‑friendly casino with reliable payouts.
